The TV channel ARTE has its own short film programme:"Short circuit".
For short circuit I researched in the short film scene in Ghent,
Stockholm, Vienna, Tokyo, Yokohama, Honolulu and Bangkok.
Many items are shown in the online archive. A click on a photo takes you
to the respective TV report on the ARTE website arte.tv.
